About Me

Daniel Glick is an author from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is a Rope Access Technician and Arborist, enjoys foraging, rock climbing, hiking, and pursuing his interest in music, linguistics, and science. He is the father of two incredible children, and the husband to his beautiful wife, Emily, with whom he has had many adventures with all over the world. 

After many years of working in the construction, Christian camping, and zipline/challenge course industries, he became inspired to write his first book “The Veil” in the winter of 2024. Although the journey to authorship was an unforeseen turn that his life took, God has been faithful through the whole process, as well as a constant inspiration to him. He is a huge fan of Tolkien and Lewis, who are the main literary inspirations to his books, but also enjoys nonfiction reads especially on topics of theology, archeology, linguistics, and ancestral health.

When not writing or reading, you can find him climbing trees for both professional and recreational purposes, playing and creating music, foraging while on a hike with his family, or renovating his house.
